Bulletproof Dad specialises in helping busy, working Dads create the bodies and lives they desire. We do this by embracing each BPD as a member of our community. We have created a non-judgemental, team culture of training, sharing and winning which produces powerful results for every Dad in the program.
BPD has helped 100s of Dads re-prioritise their health and fitness, free themselves from bad habits, and build bodies they are proud of, whilst empowering them to become the men, partners and fathers they want to be.

BEING A MODERN DAD
BPD exists because there is a fundamental problem within our society today and that is, most dads are struggling to juggle the balls of being a modern father.
I mean, you have to work, provide, nappy change, sing songs, read stories, back pat, shoulder massage, mix bottles and bring wine home for your partner. You are a lover, fighter for your family, defender of your rules and values, upholder of family laws, the guardian of your morals, provider of funds for endless pursuits, taxi driver, councillor, mortgage advisor and the teller of bad jokes.
You are dad. Hands on. Always on. Hero!
Being a dad used to be a hands off, from a distance, only when needed for a certain task, kind of gig. Times have changed and most dads are still trying to catch their breath.
Fatherhood is so often a mix of thoughts and emotions: I want to provide, yet I want to be there for my family. I want to set a good example to my kids, yet I don't have the time to take care of me. I want to keep the fire burning with my partner, yet I don't have the energy to take my socks off at the end of the day.
And, along the way, we often lose sight of our goals and become isolated from those most important to us, our family and mates.
So, how do we solve this problem. Well this is where the Bulletproof Dad program comes in.

THE BPD VISION
The vision is simple - provide busy, working dads, and their families, with a simple platform that will allow them to:
A: Build a foundation for their health and fitness
B: Tackle all the tasks of a modern day dad
C: Set the example they wish to show their family
D: Educate themselves and their family on how to live a healthy lifestyle over the long term
E: Become a valued member of a team once again
This is done through a very simple process that consist of 4 main pillars:
1. Move everyday
2. Eat healthy nutritious food
3. Perform deep breathing exercises each day
4. Plan and reflect weekly
The pillars are supported by a 12 month program that builds knowledge, momentum and discipline whilst challenging each dad on a physical and mental level.
The aim is to turn you into the best version of you, so you can fulfill your potential in fatherhood, in your relationships and in life!
